Refund policy for UP-BOOKSTORE digital EPUB purchases, including access issues, support review, and payment return method.

Digital product rule

Because UP-BOOKSTORE sells digital EPUB titles with instant access, purchases are generally final once access has been released after payment.

When a refund may be approved

A refund may be reviewed only when the purchased EPUB cannot be downloaded, accessed, or opened with a compatible reader, and the UP-BOOKSTORE support team cannot resolve the delivery or access issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

Cases not eligible

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, finished reading, dislike of content, device preference, accidental purchase after successful access, DRM restrictions, copyright protection, or use of an unsupported third-party reading app when the EPUB itself is delivered correctly.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned in USD to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank or account provider.

Send the order email, title name, device or reading app, and a clear description of the issue to info@ebookepub.store so support can test and resolve the access problem.
